“Elizabeth of Windsor”

SUNDAY, MAY 27th, at 7.30 p.m

Regent Centre, High Street. Christchurch

Diamond Jubilee concert celebrated in Dance, Drama and Music.

Cadarts  will take a short break from its decade-long Performing Arts Festival tradition this year.   In its place, they will pay tribute to Her Majesty, on behalf of  all of their associated arts connections in Christchurch and the surrounding district, in a celebratory Gala Concert. The programme content will appeal to all age groups.

Dance, drama and music, in an infinite variety of styles, will reflect the passage of time throughout the life of the Queen, not only since her accession, but also in her earlier years as Princess Elizabeth.

6×4 Art

11 August – 15 September

Mixed Media Exhibition of post card size works of art. To include paintings, textiles and photography. Held at the Red House Museum, Quay Road, Christchurch. It is advisable to check the museum for opening times before your visit. This is an exhibition by indivual and membership groups of CADArts. Please email for entry form cadarts@cadarts.com

4U2 TOUCH

18th April - 27th May

A tactile mixed media exhibition of special interest to the visually impaired. Works will include paintings, textiles, wood and cramics. To be held at Highcliffe Castle. Rothesay Drive, Highcliffe. It is advisable for groups or parties visiting the Castle to contact them first, in order to accomodate numbers or any special needs.The exhibition is open to all CADArts members. The Holly and the Hayloft

Christmas Exhibition at the HAYLOFT GALLERY. 14 Wick Lane, Christchurch. A wonderful display of Paintings, Photography, Textiles, Jewellery, ceramics and so much more to see. Just the place for that special Christmas Gift.

On Saturday 25th, we shall be staying open until 7pm and offering a 10% discount on goods from 4pm. There is a lot of activity in Christchurch that evening with the switching on of the Christmas lights and a Festival in Saxon Square.

CADArts Christmas Craft Fair

This most succesful event is held at this time each year. Numerous tables and stands of original arts and  crafts, including a Tombola. There is live music at intervals throughout the day. Refreshments are available and the surroundings a delight. Visit us for that special Christmas gift and enjoy the wonderful ambience of the day. The venue, Hoburne Farm Caravan Park, Hoburne Lane, Christchurch. 10.30am - 4pm. Admission 50p
