A tactile mixed media exhibition of special interest to the visually impaired. Works will include paintings, textiles, wood and cramics. To be held at Highcliffe Castle. Rothesay Drive, Highcliffe. It is advisable for groups or parties visiting the Castle to contact them first, in order to accomodate numbers or any special needs.The exhibition is open to all CADArts members. For entry forms, email cadarts@cadarts.comA number of demonstrations will take place during the exhibition and a workshop led by Brenda Weeks and Thetis Cunliffe will be held on Wednesday 16th May. All details will be on view at the Castle.

“Elizabeth of Windsor”

SUNDAY, MAY 27th, at 7.30 p.m

jubileeDiamond Jubilee concert celebrated in Dance, Drama and Music.
Cadarts  will take a short break from its decade-long Performing Arts Festival tradition this year.   In its place, they will pay tribute to Her Majesty, on behalf of  all of their associated arts connections in Christchurch and the surrounding district, in a celebratory Gala Concert.

The programme content will appeal to all age groups.

Dance, drama and music, in an infinite variety of styles, will reflect the passage of time throughout the life of the Queen, not only since her accession, but also in her earlier years as Princess Elizabeth.

CADArts Christmas Craft Fair 2011

This most succesful event is held in November each year. Numerous tables and stands of original arts and  crafts, including a Tombola. There is live music at intervals throughout the day. Refreshments are available and the surroundings a delight. Visit us for that special Christmas gift and enjoy the wonderful ambience of the day. The venue, Hoburne Farm Caravan Park, Hoburne Lane, Christchurch. 10.30am - 4pm. Admission 50p.
